Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, implementing process improvements that reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and timelines.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends, preparing reports that inform senior management and guide decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of operational management experience, ideally in a fast-paced industry such as manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record of successful project management, evidenced by completed projects that delivered measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive informed decision-making.
