Main Duties

  • Lead, manage, and grow partnerships and initiatives that enhance non-tuition income across the school network.
  • Build long-term relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring service excellence and compliance with agreed standards.
  • Support strategic planning, reporting, and performance tracking for all non-tuition income streams under the Associate Director Service Excellence & Partnerships

Specific Duties

A. Partnership Development & Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships that support school and group objectives (e.g., extracurricular activities, catering, transport, events, merchandising, facility rentals).
  • Maintain productive relationships with existing partners and ensure fulfilment of agreed revenue shares, service levels, and entitlements.
  • Develop and maintain a structured onboarding process for new vendors and partnership opportunities.
  • Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders (school leadership, operations, finance, legal) and external partners.

B. Revenue Growth

  • Lead initiatives that diversify and expand non-tuition revenue streams, including facility rentals, sponsorships, advertising, and events.
  • Develop pricing, financial frameworks, and revenue share models that are competitive, transparent, and sustainable.
  • Track, analyse, and report revenue performance against budget on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Identify new areas for commercialisation within schools, ensuring all initiatives align with Aldar Education s values and educational ethos.

C. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all partnership agreements comply with Aldar Education s policies, ADEK regulations, and local laws.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and renewal tracking for all contracts.
  • Work closely with Finance and Procurement to standardise contract terms, invoicing, and revenue recognition procedures.

D. Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Contribute to annual budget planning and forecasting for non-tuition revenue streams.
  • Prepare and present dashboards, reports, and insights for senior leadership.
  • Develop and recommend new initiatives that enhance sustainability, student enrichment, and community engagement.
  • Support business case development, proposals, and presentations for partnership opportunities.

E. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of annual non-tuition revenue targets vs. budget.
  • Growth in the number and quality of active partnerships.
  • Partner compliance and satisfaction levels.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of financial and operational reporting.
  • Contribution to group-wide initiatives supporting sustainability, innovation, and student enrichment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (Master s preferred).

Minimum Experience

  • 6 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial management within education, hospitality, or service sectors.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skill

  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
  • Proven record of driving revenue growth and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance commercial objectives with educational values and ethics.
  • Proficiency in financial tracking, reporting, and performance management.
  • High degree of initiative, creativity, and accountability.
