5-8 years of post qualification experience in a consulting firm or internal consultant position in a large organization. Candidates having worked in a non-consulting institution should display the flair and skills to fit into a consulting environment.
Post Graduate qualifications Masters Degree/CIPD
Core Technical Skills:
Assist in Practice development and solution development
Independent delivery of projects and/ or project work stream, related to core skill areas
Project delivery as per commitments to client technical quality of deliverables, meeting time commitments, managing client expectations
Support Businesshrough proposal writin Development tg, research, etc.
Manage client relationships on projects
Conduct structured research assignments based on project needs
People management handle team of junior consultants on project work streams
Engagement project management skills
Relevant Advisory Skills and Behaviors
Strong technical competence in respective area of specialization
Proven Project Management track record
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic
