Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage stakeholder relationships across Wealth & Retail Banking, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business and risk strategies.
Stay updated on the latest policies and procedures in Wealth Solutions and related products/processes in Retail and Business Banking, including client due diligence, anti-money laundering, and the rollout of Group policies and procedures.
Collaborate with various functions to review, standardize, and simplify processes related to Wealth Management.
Review, design, standardize, and simplify processes related to Wealth Management to improve efficiency and client experience.
Implement and monitor processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare presentations, concept papers, and management update reports on policies, processes, emerging risks, and audit themes as needed.
Track and analyze KPIs & MIS related to processes to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to risk controls requirements, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and control.
Embed relevant Group and Business policies effectively.
Record, review, and report losses, risk events, and policy deviations, ensuring timely remedial actions and escalation.
Assess and oversee the effectiveness of policies and processes to deliver effective governance, oversight, and controls.
Understand and comply with the regulatory framework and requirements relevant to the role.
Deliver effective governance, challenge executives, and work cooperatively with local regulators.
