Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Leading the evaluation and execution of private equity investments across co-investments and fund investments
- Sourcing and assessing investment opportunities across global markets
- Conducting financial analysis, valuation work, and commercial due diligence
- Leading transaction processes and coordinating with advisors and investment partners
- Preparing investment committee materials and presenting investment opportunities internally
- Managing relationships with external managers, sponsors, and partners
- Monitoring portfolio companies and fund investments
- Contributing to the development and expansion of the firm s global private equity portfolio
Desired Candidate Profile
Senior investment professionals with experience in direct private equity investing
- Must have experience of leading multiple private equity direct / co-investments in North America / Europe
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi
- Candidates should have a strong academic background from a leading university in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline
- Low ego, team-player
