Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement process design and automation strategies to optimize organizational efficiency and compliance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Monitor and manage business processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and performance.

Conduct market research to identify best practices in process design and automation.

Drive compliance vis a vis procurement policies and procedures.

Design, implement and drive governance and assurance across various aspects of procurement and supply chain function, ensuring business enablement cross functionally

Create reporting mechanism for internal and external stakeholders, with AI based prescriptive modelling.

Required skills / qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business excellence, process design, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.
  • Experience in working across multiple countries and managing diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with business excellence frameworks and methodologies.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial and non-financial data to help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Process Design: Strong skills in designing business processes
  • Automation: Expertise in implementing automation solutions to streamline operations.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Contract management software (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Icertis, Sirion)
  • Supply chain P2P process tools & reengineering tools
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years of experience in business excellence, process design, or related fields.

International experience in tech domain, process design & quality assurance will be an added advantage

Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.

Experience in working across multiple countries and managing diverse teams.

Familiarity with business excellence frameworks and methodologies.
