Roles & Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Lead and own the development and ongoing evolution of the Emirates brand strategy across the assigned region, ensuring alignment with the CCMB measurement framework, business priorities and market dynamics. Adapt global brand positioning to meet local market needs while maintaining consistency and maximising regional opportunities.
  • Leverage commercial data, market research, customer insights and analytics to understand the operating environment, business performance and market dynamics. Use these insights to guide strategic decision-making that optimises brand performance and customer engagement across the journey, delivering measurable business impact.
  • Act as the primary strategic liaison between the regional commercial and country management teams and the CCMB specialist functions. Build collaborative relationships and establish trusted advisor status through exceptional account management, a deep understanding of the business environment, and maintaining regular updates on progress. Proactively shape strategic conversations to define, quantify, and prioritise long-term initiatives, requirements, and optimisation efforts ensuring alignment with Emirates brand objectives, campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration to drive regional success.
  • Orchestrate the development and execution of brand and marketing plans across the customer journey ensuring initiatives align with global brand positioning while tailoring campaigns to local market conditions and consumer behaviours. Ensure campaigns are strategy sound, on brief, and within budget. Collaborate closely with the Brand & Content team, sharing insights and requirements to inform assets development.
  • Own and govern the regional marketing budget, overseeing market-level allocation, performance and financial efficiency. Evaluate marketing return on investment (ROI) and optimise resource allocation for measurable impact across initiatives.
  • Identify and actively manage risks impacting brand and marketing execution, including legal, reputational, and operational concerns. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure a seamless campaign execution and protect Emirates' brand integrity.
  • Ensure Emirates remains at the forefront of innovation by maintaining a deep understanding of modern marketing practices across paid, earned, shared and owned channels. Stay informed on regional marketing trends and emerging platforms, adjusting strategies to maintain a strong brand position. Represent CCMB as a thought leader in the region, advocating its vision and strategy direction.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, encourage a culture of innovation, continuous learning and professional growth that empowers teams to execute brand strategies that deliver on objectives and drive regional success.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration or similar.
  • 10+ years experience in Marketing & Media Communication or similar.
  • Experience in leadership, market analysis and communication.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute global marketing plans tailored to local markets.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive alignment and results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and extract insights.
  • Track record of managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience adapting global brand messaging to regional audiences.
  • Effective leadership capabilities, including mentoring direct reports, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
