Job Description

The position of a Manager - Retail is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to lead and drive the retail operations of a business.   • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of new employees.

  • Report on store performance and operational challenges to senior management regularly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement successful sales strategies and improvements.
