REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Expecting natural born sales women with leadership and result driven skills.
University degree in business or related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a sales and marketing manager in facility management field.
Overall experience in a corporate level should be 8+ years.
GCC experience should not be below than 5 years.
Exceptional communication in English and other languages are advantage.
Valid UAE driving license.
Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as forecasts for the future.
Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services.
Have computer skills, Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and able to analyze and read lots of reports and KPI’s.
Should have knowledge in SAP or other applications that you have passed through your career.
Handling and working with your sales team on daily basis and oversee them.
Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
Setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team.
Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration.
Work collaboratively with the MANAGING DIRECTOR to evaluate current projections.
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Able to handle and achieve the monthly or yearly target as per the company.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures.
Managing the company’s social media accounts and posting relevant content.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
