Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement warehouse cost efficiencies while supervising operational teams.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to improve performance and ensure workplace safety.
- Build and maintain a culture aligned with Majid Al Futtaim s company values.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing supply chain team to meet current and long-term requirements.
- Lead, coach, and support team members through the HR framework and structured performance reviews.
- Manage non-performing staff by providing support, corrective actions, and development plans.
- Plan and schedule daily warehouse activities including receiving, replenishment, picking, loading, and sorter operations.
- Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and sanitation standards are consistently applied.
- Oversee operational budgeting, resource planning, and manpower allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Retail environment experience preferred.
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement (CI) with proven project success.
- Skilled in planning, staffing, budgeting, and operational leadership.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
