Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement warehouse cost efficiencies while supervising operational teams.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to improve performance and ensure workplace safety.
  • Build and maintain a culture aligned with Majid Al Futtaim s company values.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing supply chain team to meet current and long-term requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and support team members through the HR framework and structured performance reviews.
  • Manage non-performing staff by providing support, corrective actions, and development plans.
  • Plan and schedule daily warehouse activities including receiving, replenishment, picking, loading, and sorter operations.
  • Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and sanitation standards are consistently applied.
  • Oversee operational budgeting, resource planning, and manpower allocation.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Retail environment experience preferred.
  • Strong background in Continuous Improvement (CI) with proven project success.
  • Skilled in planning, staffing, budgeting, and operational leadership.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
