Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Demand forecasting and inventory planning

  • Procurement and supplier negotiation (local & international)

  • Warehouse management and stock control

  • Logistics coordination and on-time delivery management

  • Monitoring KPIs: inventory turnover, fill rate, lead time

  • Reducing slow-moving and obsolete inventory

  • ERP-based inventory management (SAP/Oracle preferred)

  • Team leadership and performance management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration (MBA preferred)

  • 12 - 18 years of relevant experience in automotive or spare parts division

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel

  • Proven experience in vendor management and cost control

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
