We are looking for a talented Manager, Talent Acquisition to join us. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment effectiveness and data

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as quality of hire, time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and cost per hire.
  • Review and improve the recruitment dashboard: data quality, usability, and reporting for leadership.
  • Consolidate recruitment budget utilization across markets and business units.
  • Review high-turnover roles and support talent pipeline discussions.
  • Manage recruitment agency relationships and contracts, track performance, cost, and value across all active agreements.
  • Oversee the employee referral program at group level and ensure it is active, tracked, and delivering results.

AI tool and technology

  • Be the business focal point in the rollout of Hikma's AI hiring tool.
  • Coordinate with the project team, drive adoption, and track progress.

Employer brand

  • Manage Hikma's employer presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Monitor and respond to employer reviews; develop a content and posting strategy.
  • Use platform analytics to track and improve how we appear to candidates.

Capability building

  • Design and deliver training for hiring managers on structured interviewing and assessment.
  • Build competency-based interview guidelines and question banks.
  • Define success criteria for recruitment effectiveness and support the team in applying them.

Policy and standards

  • Identify gaps in recruitment policy and draft standards to address them.
  • Ensure consistency and fairness in hiring practices across markets.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations across all markets where we hire

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience with a clear progression from operational recruiter to a more strategic or analytical role.
  • Strong recruitment foundation including end-to-end experience in a structured environment.
  • Has moved beyond day-to-day recruitment into process improvement, analytics, capability building, or TA leadership.
  • Regional or multi-market experience is an advantage.

Skills

  • Has a strong grasp of recruitment data and analytics, with hands-on experience using dashboards or reporting tools to track performance and inform decisions.
  • Has designed and implemented recruitment tools or frameworks from scratch such as interview guides, assessment criteria, capability programs, or process improvements, and has seen them through to adoption.
  • Can manage a complex workstream independently, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and keep things moving without being chased.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently in Arabic and English, in writing and in person, and can translate complex ideas into plain language for different audiences.
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or Indeed from an employer or admin perspective, with an understanding of how these platforms shape candidate perception.
  • Power BI or equivalent analytics tool experience is a plus.
  • Curious and analytical, always asking why processes work the way they do and using data to find better answers.
  • Takes full ownership of their work and follows through without needing to be reminded or redirected.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment that is still taking shape, and able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Builds trust across levels and geographies.
