Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and lead on the company s short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals.

Lead and manage direct reports against KPIs and defined objectives.

Oversee Sales, Operations, and Marketing functions, ensuring consistent execution.

Build strong succession pipelines through coaching and development.

Foster a high-performance, values-led culture.

Act as a hands-on, visible leader while delivering the Board s vision and driving organisational excellence.

Assume full ownership of the P&L, ensuring commercial success and financial discipline.

Analyse performance trends to drive profitability and long-term growth.

Present financial updates, forecasts, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

Identify commercial opportunities and expansion pathways.

Make decisions grounded in data and commercial insight.

Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and strategic forums.

Set the strategic direction for Sales and Marketing in alignment with growth objectives.

Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand.

Work closely with the Sales Manager to enhance conversion, performance, and team development.

Ensure strong alignment between sales and marketing to optimise the customer journey.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategy proactively.

Promote digital innovation across CRM, automation, analytics, and customer experience tools.

Review campaign performance and ROI to continuously refine strategy.

Ensure operational processes and systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business growth.

Drive a culture of quality, consistency, and service excellence across all functions.

Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective, streamlined solutions.

Ensure compliance with all regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Lead cross-functional projects to improve collaboration and operational alignment.

Track and report on key operational metrics to the Board and senior stakeholders.

Champion innovation and a learning mindset across the organisation.

Review internal and external influences to identify risks and opportunities.

Introduce change initiatives that increase agility, adaptability, and operational readiness.
