The role is to head up the RMD
Kwikform business in UAE.

To manage and develop the
existing business as well as to formulate and implement 'bottom-up' strategic
plans for the ongoing profitable development and growth of business.

To maximise operational efficiency and profitability within the
territory, whilst managing, developing and motivating teams in Operations,
Customer Services, Engineering and Sales.

To instil a customer driven culture throughout the territory,
enhance the company brand within UAE and achieve objectives by working through
others.
Responsibilities

To meet financial targets
(P&L, Cash flow, B/S, ROCE).

To develop and
implement a Strategic 3 year plan.

To provide the
leadership and direction at a local level that will translate strategic plans
into reality.

Be directly
responsible for all operational and strategic matters affecting RMD Kwikform in
the territory including the roll out of instructions, procedures and
initiatives originating from RMD Kwikform (Middle East) Executive Team and RMD
Kwikform Divisional Board

Responsible and accountable
for securing and retaining Major Projects in UAE.

Able to
structure/restructure the UAE business to align its efforts with long term
strategic plans.

Advise and assist
reporting managers to formulate sales and marketing strategies to ensure
continued development and growth of the business within the territory, aligned
to the 3-year strategic plan.

Ensure that areas
of the business operate within the territory legislature, agreed internal risk
management and internal control procedures.

In conjunction with the HR Manager and local managers determine
training needs for all regional employees by ensuring they are continually appraised
and their performance evaluated.

To drive recruitment, learning and development-, mentoring,
coaching and all performance management activities to ensure optimum business
and individual performance.

Align business activities to ensure continued Investors in People
accreditation successfully met.

Be aware of and adhere to the
Company s Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Knowledge skills & experience
Qualifications:

Individuals will ideally have a
minimum of four years experience at a senior management level

A good general education background/Management Qualification

Health & Safety qualification
Knowledge & Experience:
• Solid knowledge of a hire and sale organisation and of
temporary works in construction (particularly formwork and scaffolding) is
essential
• Solid Regional experience
• Proven track record of Business Planning &
Budget implementation.
• Proven track record of P&L management and
reporting.

Ability to think strategically and lead with operational
effectiveness

• Proven experience and expertise in Business
Planning and implementation of approved Business Plan.
