The role is to head up the RMD
Kwikform business in UAE.
To manage and develop the
existing business as well as to formulate and implement 'bottom-up' strategic
plans for the ongoing profitable development and growth of business.
To maximise operational efficiency and profitability within the
territory, whilst managing, developing and motivating teams in Operations,
Customer Services, Engineering and Sales.
To instil a customer driven culture throughout the territory,
enhance the company brand within UAE and achieve objectives by working through

Knowledge skills & experience
Individuals will ideally have a
minimum of four years experience at a senior management level

• Solid knowledge of a hire and sale organisation and of
temporary works in construction (particularly formwork and scaffolding) is
