Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Marble Mason to join our team with at least 2 years of UAE experience within the Marble, Granite and Natural Stone Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Install marble slabs and stone surfaces on floors, walls, staircases, countertops, and other specified areas.
Handle, lift, and position marble slabs carefully to avoid cracks or damage.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, waterproofing, and ensuring proper base alignment before installation.
Measure, mark, and plan marble layout to achieve accurate alignment, symmetry, and premium finishing.
Cut, shape, and polish marble using appropriate tools to fit corners, edges, joints, and design requirements.
Apply marble adhesive, epoxy, grout, and sealants correctly as per material specifications.
Carry out edge finishing, joint filling, and surface polishing for a smooth and high-quality appearance. Repair, replace, and restore damaged or broken marble where required.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards and project specifications.
Follow safety procedures while handling heavy materials and power tools.
Maintain basic tools and equipment used for marble installation.
Report daily work progress, material usage, and any site issues to the supervisor.
Communicate professionally with clients or site supervisors and respond to basic queries when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years experience as a Marble Mason / Stone Mason.
Good knowledge of marble and natural stone tools, materials, and fixing techniques.
Experience in marble slab fixing, cutting, edge finishing, and polishing.
Able to read basic drawings and take accurate measurements.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Good workmanship with strong attention to finishing details.
Experience with marble, granite, onyx, and natural stone works is an added advantage
