Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
Perform tests on marine engines and electrical systems to assess performance.
Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs of boat engines and electrical components.
Troubleshoot electrical and engine issues, determining the best course of action for repairs.
Replace worn-out, damaged, or broken engine parts and components.
Repair and maintain hydraulic, steering, and other critical electrical systems.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs and services completed.
Install and wire electrical systems for new and existing marine vessels.
Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and maritime regulations.
Collaborate with other marine technicians to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a marine electrician.
Strong knowledge of marine engine systems, electrical auxiliary systems, and boat steering systems.
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with marine electrical codes and safety standards.
