To service the existing clients by providing technical assistance to the commercial team in order facilitate and increase business with them. To introduce new local and overseas clients to the company and visit the local clients, dry docks, and ports, in order to establish relationship for the company. To achieve monthly sales targets assigned by Team Leader and Managers. To continuously search for good suppliers and negotiate with existing and new suppliers to get the best prices from them in order improve business. To be the point of contact for Clients and Suppliers and represent in professional manner. To Manage the process from receipt of RFQ – liaison with Suppliers, negotiation on price for Procurement and communication with logistics provider. To facilitate smooth integration between assigned client and the company. To be responsible and properly manage the process of receiving the purchase orders from the office, arranging for collection of items from the suppliers, checking and packing the items at the warehouse and delivering it to the vessels at the ports as per ETA schedules. To ensure and facilitate smooth integration between vessel and the company. To provide a customer driven approach to all company customer relationships in the provision of the various company offered services. To ensure continuous improvement in the quality, cost and efficiency of company’s service portfolio.
