Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities related to cast in situ concrete works.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor work progress, track daily activities, and prepare detailed reports for the project management team.
• Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on marine structures, materials, and workmanship.
• Assist in preparing site measurements, as-built drawings, and other project documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or site challenges that may arise during the construction stage.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in marine construction, specifically revetments, breakwaters, quay walls, and cast in situ concrete works.
• Strong understanding of marine construction methods, equipment, and environmental factors affecting site execution.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead site teams effectively under demanding conditions.
