Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars
  • Create and coordinate posts, reels, videos, and campaigns (in coordination with designers where required)
  • Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and track performance metrics

2. Creative & Brand Development

  • Develop creative concepts for promotions, campaigns, and product launches
  • Coordinate development of brochures, catalogues, presentations, and sales collaterals
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms

3. Exhibitions & Events Management

  • Plan and manage participation in local and international exhibitions
  • Coordinate stall design, branding, giveaways, printers, and vendors
  • Support sales teams during exhibitions and ensure lead capture and documentation
  • Prepare post-exhibition reports and assist in follow-up campaigns

4. Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Support

  • Support marketing strategies for new product launches
  • Prepare product positioning, USPs, applications, and target customer messaging
  • Translate technical product details into simple, customer-friendly communication
  • Work closely with sales and production teams during launches

5. Website & Online Presence

  • Coordinate website updates (products, images, case studies, content)
  • Support basic SEO and online visibility initiatives

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Track competitor activities, new launches, and market trends
  • Share insights with management and sales teams to support decision-making

7. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Support sales teams with marketing-qualified leads
  • Execute campaigns focused on enquiries and brand awareness
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, dealer kits, and marketing tools

8. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports
  • Track campaign effectiveness, engagement, and lead outcomes

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience (B2B / manufacturing / industrial preferred)
  • Strong content planning, coordination, and execution skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

The organization operates in a B2B environment and participates actively in exhibitions, dealer networks, and direct sales channels.
