Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Participate in deal evaluations, discussions, and execution planning. • Monitor market conditions and provide timely insights to internal teams. • Liaise with trading desks, liquidity partners, and other external stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-team activities to support market operations and strategic initiatives. • Contribute to the development and scaling of market-related processes as the team evolves.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in Market Making (MM). • Direct exposure to RFQ-based trading workflows. • Familiarity with execution strategies, liquidity management, and market structure. • Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and commercial teams. • Ability to adapt duties as organizational needs evolve.
