Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Conduct field surveys to identify existing elevators and escalators from different brands across assigned areas.
  2. Record technical and commercial details such as brand, capacity, speed, number of stops, type of elevator, installation year, and maintenance provider.
  3. Collect building information, including location, type (residential, commercial, hospital, etc.), and contact details of facility managers or building owners.
  4. Ensure data accuracy and proper categorisation for easy reference by the sales and marketing teams.
  5. Follow company policies, data privacy, and ethical standards while collecting and reporting information.
  6. Represent the company professionally during field visits and interactions with clients, consultants, and property representatives.
