Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement the Marketing and Communication strategy, aligned with Headquarters guidelines. This includes developing marketing strategies and initiatives within budget, enhancing the brand's presence and image, managing all aspects of brand development, monitoring co-op marketing investments, overseeing marketing and communication events, maintaining relationships with local media, representing the brand to clientele, and benchmarking the competition.
Monitor and develop sales by supporting the management of key accounts (POS visits, replenishments, best sellers implementation) and Boutiques. Assess brand coverage, evaluate new POS opportunities, implement productive assortments, improve replenishment processes, and implement sell-out strategies and activation plans per account.
Handle ad hoc operational tasks, potentially covering for the Sales & Operations specialist during absences, including managing retailers orders and invoicing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
3+ years of managerial experience in the luxury goods or high-value product industry.
Strong background in operational marketing and communication project development.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a proactive and innovative mindset.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic and French are optional.
Willingness to travel (approximately 60% of your time will be spent in the field).
Innovative, entrepreneur-minded, and solutions-oriented.
You enjoy being in the field, visiting customers, and prospecting.
