Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
•Keep updated on new information relating to promote online F&B outlets & competitors activities
•Assist Marketing Manager in implementation of digital marketing campaigns to ensure delivery within the set deadlines
•Support Tactical marketing campaigns by driving development of the local database with all relevant teams (F&B, Spa, recreation, rooms)
•Support internally any complex team member requiring assistance with digital or online related queries
•Recrd all estimates/quotations in the purchasing system by raising a purchase request and ensure suppliers are paid on time by handing invoices into receiving and following up with accounts payable.
•Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
•Responsible for Marketing team Time & Attendance administration
•Complete all purchase related administrative tasks such as PR/ Capex/ Advance payment requests in the department
•Drive awareness of the hotel, its food and beverage (F&B) offerings, outlets and overall brand image
•Assists in planning and coordinating promotions across all properties and outlets, managing marketing calendars daily
•Plans and media databases, e-newsletters and other Marketing and PR projects
•Supports media-relations, partnerships, events and activities to bolster the property's reputation and image
.To move into this position you should have
•Tenure in current position minimum one year
•Fluent in English, both written & spoken
•Strong communication & copywriting skills
•Excellent knowledge of hospitality industry/service-related industry, ideally in F&B. Marketing experience is a plus.
•Good understanding of new developments, best practices & trends on the Social Media Sphere & strong experience in managing social media communities/blog
•Ability to easily connect with people and to continually find new ways to engage & source new conversation starters.
•Ability to multi-task & work with several teams
