The purpose of the job is to assist in planning, developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to expand the client scope, enhance awareness about the company and promote services and products.
KEY RESULTS AREAS
• To coordinate with the sales & group marketing team on various marketing activities viz., collate information relating to product technical data, product reference to design corporate/product brochures; develop and execute the marketing plan, coordinate with external agencies for advertising, promotional items, PR events, brief agents and proof read the final product /outlook; manage social media (website content, articles, newsletters etc.,).
• Plan & recommend PR campaigns to effectively convey the required message to the target audience/customers alongside protect the interest of the company to be in line with the corporate directives.
• To organize and arrange seminars, exhibitions, conferences with concerned Sales person.
• Responsible for maintaining the unit marketing budget; regularize the purchases in the ERP system.
• To understand the needs of clients through the sales team, the products and services offered by the company and develop marketing strategies for the target audience.
• To research, plan and participate in relevant exhibitions, seminars and ensure company's brand receives the required exposure in the market.
• Responsible for market research activities such as but not limited to gathering and analyzing data on consumers and competitors; to study market conditions to examine potential sales of a product or service.
• Develop contact management system for direct marketing purposes, maintain database of existing & potential customers to be used by the marketing and sales team.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
