Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Coordinator to manage and execute KAYRA Group in-house marketing activities. This role focuses on brand positioning, content execution, and lead support, not generic social media posting.

The ideal candidate understands luxury, interiors, and design-led brands, and can work closely with sales and design teams to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day content for:

• Instagram

• LinkedIn

• Website updates (basic level)

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar

      Create and coordinate:

• Project posts

• Process reels

• Case-study style content

• Ensure all content aligns with KAYRA’s luxury brand tone

2. Brand & Marketing Coordination

• Maintain consistent brand communication across all platforms

• Coordinate with designers and sales team to:

• Collect project content

• Prepare marketing visuals and captions

Assist in developing:

• Case study PDFs

• Sales presentation materials

• Brand storytelling assets

3. Lead Generation Support

    Track enquiries from:

• Instagram

• Website

• WhatsApp

• LinkedIn

• Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely follow-ups

• Maintain a basic lead and enquiry tracker

4. Designer & B2B Marketing Support

• Support marketing initiatives targeted at:

• Interior designers

• Architects

• Consultants

Assist in:

• Designer outreach campaigns

• Studio visit content

• Project collaboration posts

5. External Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with freelancers or agencies for:

• Photography

• Videography

• Paid ads

• Ensure timely execution and quality output

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• 1–3 years experience in marketing, social media, or brand coordination

• Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn

• Basic design sense and visual awareness

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with luxury, interiors, architecture, or design brands

• Familiarity with tools like:

• Canva

• CapCut

• Adobe (basic level)

• Understanding of branding and storytelling
