Job Description Build on and sustain dans brand identity and ensure dans corporate image is appropriately presented as per organisation s objectives through creating an engaging platform for employees through planning and organising employee events. Assist in the management and delivery of internal and external communications for Dubai Air Navigations Services. And obtain ownership for the implementation of the dans Internal, External & Social Media Communication Strategy and messages by aligning all communications with the dans Vision, Mission, and Business Strategy. Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc. Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.QualificationsKnowledge & Experience: Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional qualification in relevant field At least 8-10 years of relevant experience Brand, marketing or Communication development and management Events management & social media CreativeSkills Excellent communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Goal setting and planning skills Budget management skills and proficiency Ability to think creatively and innovatively Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc
