To develop marketing communications strategy and the plans for the company's products market execution. To drive the Mai Dubai brand into the market and effectively implement to ensure the achievement of sales, revenues and profitability objectives.

• Create Brand Strategy focusing on brand equity and increasing short & long term product off take.

0 Execute annual marketing plan to achieve measurable gains in
market share for existing and new products.
o Build marketing mix including pricing, product, packaging.
promotions & communication strategy.

• Create/adapt effective consumer communication material, and identify appropriate Media-mix.

o With support and under direction of Head of Marketing, build a range
of above-the-line communication initiatives for both traditional and online media_ Propose and execute Go-to-Market (below-the-line) activities such as trade and consumer promotions, in-store displays and other activations.
o Identify the proper media mix and develop campaigns optimizing
reach, frequency and impact.
0 Support in crafting and executing a PR strategy and drive Brand Profitability with P&L responsibility.

o Assist Head of Marketing in developing detailed annual budget
along with Sales & Finance Teams.

• Develop annual Marketing Plan within budget, and ensure its effective deployment to achieve company objectives.

• Create simple and effective BTL and ATL executions in Mai Dubai Key export Markets.

Extent of Public Contact & Physical Demands:

• Interface with all Mai Dubai Heads of Departments. Interact and represent the company with 3rd parties as per management requirement (creative, digital, clients, events

• Occasional travel within IJAE or abroad to oversee event executions, get event insight and collect market intelligence
• P&L and Marketing Spend Management.
• POSM innovations and excellence in GTM executions.
• Planning execution and review of a successful Trade Marketing calendar.
• Build strong relationships with all calendar stakeholders specifically sales department. Through successful collaboration.
• Measuring brand performance through analysis of all syndicated and field reports.

• Agency Management: Managing the flow of jobs by putting together briefs on time, following up on the execution and creative a positive environment of constructive feedback. Push creativity out of agencies while maintaining the company priorities first and foremost.

KPIs:

Approved and quarterly reviewed calendar

Build a SMART Go to Market plan by channel

Create, deploy and evaluate Retail Promotions Calendar
Master writing detailed briefs and building strong agency relationships

Coordination with Sales
BTL ATL Calendar execution


FMCG / Foods / Beverages

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Training:

-Bachelors (B.A/B.S.)
-Bachelors in Business (Marketing or Media Emphasis) Media and PR contacts and network desirable

• Good knowledge of Social and Web Analytics
• Expert Knowledge of 360 degrees Media landscape

-Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator an advantage

-Bachelors in Business (Marketing or Media Emphasis)

-Media and PR contacts and network desirable

Experience:

- Goods/FMCG with min of 8 years as Marketing/Brand Manager.

• 15-20 Years' experience in FMCG
• Must have experience in the MENA region.
• Assisted other departments in developing detailed annual marketing budgets.
• Developed and successfully carried out annual Marketing Plans.
• Created and adapted effective consumer communication material, as well as identified appropriate Media-mix
• Initiated the development of new products, and made the necessary steps for effective launch in potential markets.
• Built core brands, and supported existing and newly launched products through consumer-focused marketing activities

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and written (English)
• Good understanding of social media dynamics
• Experience in dealing with advertising and digital agencies.
• Good presenter
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Project Management Skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and to multi-task different projects and campaigns.
• Able to assess and measure marketing ROI.
• Good team development skills.
• P&L skills.

IT skills:
Good in MS Office mainly excel and PowerPoint
