Job Description

A Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves coordinating various aspects of marketing projects and helping to drive overall brand engagement and market presence. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with marketing managers and the creative team to ensure that all promotional activities are efficiently planned and executed. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a key support role within the marketing department, the Marketing Coordinator contributes to the development and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, helping the organization to achieve its business goals and objectives.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and newsletters.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Track marketing campaign performance and generate detailed reports and insights.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of promotional events and trade shows.
  • Maintain and update customer databases for targeted marketing activities.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of online content including website updates and blog posts.
  • Monitor budgets associated with marketing activities and report on any discrepancies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing or related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
  • Experience with content creation and basic graphic design skills advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights from marketing metrics.
