Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Ajman University graphic designers to prepare all promotional materials.
• Coordinate all marketing activities and related campaigns by liaising with all and follow up with supervisor regarding the implementation of marketing and advertising strategies, plan and objectives.
• Planning and organizing promotional presentations, updating calendars.
• Assist in preparing marketing plans.
• Ensure booking for ads space in all media channels.
• Follow up all marketing materials including gift items and prints.
• Supervise exhibitions and coordinate with related team members, students and exhibitors to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with all Colleges and Departments on their marketing requisitions.
• Provide ad-hoc marketing reports upon request.
• Suggest new ideas for development and innovation.
• Liaise with procurement department to contract with appropriate vendors as per Ajman University s rules and regulations.
• Arrange with the University faculty members to collect articles and researches.
• Act as a liaison between the University and possible media contractors coordinating the University needs of campaign/non-campaign media advertisements.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or any other related field with minimum 3 years of experience in similar field.
Skills Required:
• Knowledge of marketing concepts, principles, methodology and techniques.
• Ability to compile and interpret complex data, prepare, evaluative summary reports and correspondence.
• Knowledge of editorial publication processes, systems, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in Arabic and English Languages.
