Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Project coordination:
Understand project briefs and ensure they are clearly communicated to the creative/design team.
Coordinate and follow up with internal teams (designers, copywriters, developers) to ensure timely execution.
Track progress across multiple projects, flag delays, and assist in resolving roadblocks.
Maintain project timelines and update trackers regularly.
Content and campaign support:
Support the creation and rollout of monthly social media content calendars and digital campaigns.
Ensure all marketing assets are delivered accurately and aligned with brand guidelines.
Status reporting:
Provide weekly project status updates to the reporting manager.
Maintain a clear overview of active, upcoming, and completed tasks.
Quality control:
Review deliverables for consistency and attention to detail before client/internal submission.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good written and verbal communication.
Prior agency experience is a strong advantage.
Interest or familiarity with branding, digital campaigns, websites, and social media.
Knowledge of tools like Asana is a bonus
