Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
-
Execute and support multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with product and sales teams. In addition, monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clear reports on their impact and return on investment

Lead the full planning and execution of events with IMS Sub-function, including the management of all operational aspects of events, such as scheduling, stakeholder coordination, venue booking, supplier management, contract negotiation, and budget tracking. All of this in alignment with business goals and compliance

Ensure compliance for promotional materials by overseeing the localization process on platforms like ACaDia/Brandbox, and ensuring they meet local regulatory approvals (e.g., MOH/SFDA etc)

Coordinate with creative teams to develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, including print, digital, and event activations.

Monitor marketing materials, confirming valid approvals on BrandBox and with regulatory bodies (SFDA/MOH), and managing the renewal processes

Initiate and managing local product customization (LC) requests with relevant chapter/chapters, preparing documentation, and securing quality approvals

Executing Marketing display agreements while ensuring proper documentation aligns with compliance guidelines
Who You Are

You obtained a BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, similar or relevant education
-
You built at least 2 years work experience as a marketing coordinator or in an administrative role with multinational company

You are able to multi-task and handle a variety of matters in a professional, polished, and mature manner with tact, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment
-
You have well-developed computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suites, internet and email applications

You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

You are highly motivated, proactive, independent, have attention to details, and are structured

You are organized and are able to plan and prioritize tasks and activities
-
You are Fluent in English and Arabic languages spoken and written
