Position at Aptec
Section 2: Position Summary
Marketing coordinator s primary role, is to help and assist marketing team to successfully initiate the marketing activities, execute the promotion payouts, claiming from vendor. Also assisting in all corporate activities.
Section 3: Responsibilities, Supporting Actions & End-Results
Major Responsibility: Partner Payouts
Supporting Actions:
Timely partner payouts as per activities launched during the quarter following Vendor & Aptec compliance procedures which involves validation of results, finance approval etc. Maintain & file signed acknowledgment receipt
Percentage: 40%
Major Responsibility: Claiming
Supporting Actions:
Claiming marketing funds on time as per internal procedure and vendor guidelines. Reporting claims status
fortnightly per vendor (claim book)
Percentage: 30%
Major Responsibility: Other Marketing Activities
Supporting Actions:
Preparations for Gitex exhibition together with other team members. Monitoring and reporting results of marketing activities (attendance, feedback, cost, ROI). Helping in planning & execution of marketing activities for some vendors as maybe the case. Maintaining MAF register
Percentage: 30%

• Notification to partner on pay outs
• Confirmation of results for promotions
• Confirmation before claiming from vendor
Example decisions that depend on position s advice:
Section 5: Scope/Dimensions
• Payouts to partners need to finish as per internal SLA s
• 100% claiming to be done for all responsible vendors as per both internal and vendor guidelines
• The MAF no. Needs to be assigned to any approved activity within the same day
Section 6: Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement
• 1-2 years experience in a marketing position with an international company
• Should have ability to prioritize, multi task & meet strict deadlines
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• A fluent command of spoken & written English is a must.
• Good knowledge of excel
