We are now recruiting for a Marketing Executive-Business Marketing . You will be directly reporting to the Associate Vice President- Business Marketing
Business Marketing
The Business Marketing team provides support services to Retail Banking & Wealth management, wholesale banking, the company in Egypt and all wholly owned group companies. The Business Marketing department is the sphere of influence within group marketing and ropes in all verticals within the Group marketing (whenever the need arises) to provide comprehensive marketing solutions and Product/Business teams.
The activities performed by the team are as follows:
Complete ownership of the marketing plans and the budgets of the products/segment teams.
Develops the marketing calendar for the year and identifies products/segments for marketing investments.
Streamlines the planning, development & implementation process to create effective marketing communication to achieve pre-determined ROI/KPIs
Develops and implements the Business Marketing strategy in line with the banks overall strategy and works in collaboration with the business/product teams to launch new products and innovative tactical promotions with a 360 degrees campaign framework.
Creates differentiated propositions for the segments that have propelled business growth
Develops campaigns with the CRM team (cross-sell) which utilizes all BTL such as e-mailers, statement inserts, sms, statement messages, ATM screens, in-branch display etc.
Strategizes the online customer migration journey with marketing interventions that has grown our online registrations and transactions across segment.
Manages engagements with the advertising, Media & PR Agencies

Job Purpose
The marketing executive will be responsible for managing the development, implementation and delivery of marketing communication in driving business growth for different all Cards products and services. He/She will also assist the Manager-Business Marketing in implementing different group/business level projects and integrating them to develop synergies.
The Marketing Executive will work independently with the various business teams to develop BTL marketing campaigns which will require them to meet the different Product Head/managers, understand the business requirements, develop a brief, work with the agencies to develop concepts, get approvals from business and then take it to execution & implementation/ He/She will also liaise with the various teams in Group Marketing to get maximum output for a campaign.
A typical ATL/BTL project/campaign would involve the following stages
Various meetings with Business/product heads, understand the business challenge
Translating business requirements to am marketing brief
Deploy agency teams to create concepts or campaign plans
Discuss plans/concepts with business for approval
In parallel work with CLM on the campaign management for lead distribution, tracking, ROI & databases
Execute the approve plan using all necessary resources
Monitor progress of campaign, track ROI, gather feedback for continuous improvement
Main Task
Assist in planning marketing activity calendar for relevant business segments in collaboration with the AVP-Business Marketing and products teams, in line with allocated budgets.
Coordinate all aspects of designated marketing operations projects. From briefing , status/report/tracking/approvals, production and timely delivery.
Ensures company high standards of quality are consistently maintained within the commercially required time frames and approved budgets
Working closely with the Head of GCE in identifying all aspects where customer experience can be improved, which will reflect in the NPS and C-SAT scores.
Help maintain a consistent, pro active advisory channel of communication with relevant business heads and product managers on all marketing communication related activities.
Help ensure client expectations are managed effectively through regular status reporting and balance between service delivery, expectation and output is maintained and in conjunction with the commercial objectives of each business
Control cost on all designated projects with the view to obtaining the best possible value without sacrificing the quality.
Help enhance agency/vendor deliveries by consistently tracking timelines and providing feedback to ensure timely and quality delivery of designated projects.
Help in careful selection of suppliers, keeping in mind quality, cost and project timelines
Working with the digital team/business heads to identify projects that can enhance business growth
Working closely with the digital team during development and help in content creation & launch campaigns.
Work on increasing lead generation through digital
Develop exciting contest and engagements program for sales teams to increase the business growth
Develop and manage launch events, closing ceremonies with themes that create excitement within the sales team

Education
Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration
Experience
External 1-2 years experience in a leading FMCG/Bank/ Advertising agency
Marketing experience in bank/international brand is an added advantage
Working knowledge of product management & sales
Knowledge and Skills
Should have a thorough understanding of the marketing process. Interaction with advertising agencies, knowledge and understanding skill set across various advertising mediums
Behavioral Competencies
Should have excellent time management, analytical skills
Confident and out going with the ability to head-up projects. Highly organized with a flexible approach to work and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
