Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and using analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital and social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage and grow social media channels, with a Reels-first strategy
  • Create engaging content with clear calls-to-action (CTAs)
  • Improve engagement, reach, and conversions through testing and analytics
  • Track campaign performance and share actionable insights

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 4 years of experience in digital or social media marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and run marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
  • Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools
  • Experience in entertainment and/or hospitality is highly preferred
  • Creative, analytical, and performance-driven mindset
