Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
Execute on-property marketing across content, digital campaigns, social media, PR/influencers, and on-site activations driving brand visibility, engagement, and direct bookings while safeguarding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create on-brand content (copy, basic design, short video); manage social calendars and community engagement.
- Launch and track paid/organic campaigns (Meta, Google, email); support website/CMS updates and basic SEO.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots; manage the hotel s asset library and ensure guideline compliance.
- Support F&B/Rooms promotions, events, and partnerships; produce menus, flyers, in-house screens, and signage.
- Handle PR/influencer outreach, hosting, itineraries, and post-stay reporting.
- Build monthly dashboards (web, social, ROAS, campaign KPIs) with actionable insights.
- Raise POs, track budgets, and liaise with agencies, printers, and photographers to hit deadlines.
Requirements
- 2+ years marketing/communications experience (hospitality or lifestyle brand preferred).
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, basic Google Ads, email tools, and CMS.
- Design literacy (Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) and basic video editing.
- Strong copywriting, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel). Portfolio or work samples preferred.
- Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends for events.
