Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends in the FM industry.
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Organize and participate in FM-related events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and proposals.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics; prepare regular marketing reports.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all marketing channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Facility Management or B2B Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and business culture.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, social media, SEO/SEM).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Canva, HubSpot, or similar CRM/Marketing platforms.
