Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and relevant.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and drive customer engagement.

  • Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, websites, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, utilizing SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to maximize reach and ROI.

  • Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, events, and company activities for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Edit and produce engaging photo and video content for social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements, and other marketing channels.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content, including property tours, promotional videos, client testimonials, and corporate branding materials.

  • Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand identity and maintains a professional and consistent image across all platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.

  • Experience in photography, videography, and video editing, with the ability to create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledge of social media management platforms and analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.

  • UAE experience are preferred.
