Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy
- Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each service and directing promotional support.
- Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at events, conferences, etc.
- Collect data on market competitors, including prices, campaigns, as well as marketing and distribution methods Gather and analyze information on customer needs and preferences with the goal of identifying potential markets for sales
- Develop reports and presentations on findings, create graphics to illustrate important information and translate complex findings and materials into easy-to-understand text
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to appeal to target audience using appropriate channels such as email, social media and traditional media
- Brainstorm with team members to develop creative ideas for promotional events and campaigns, and liaise with third-party vendors to execute successful events
- Develop means of measuring effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, including advertising and communications strategies
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with branding team to achieve brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Monitor ROI and KPIs of Bukhash Brothers
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
- Initiate events and campaigns to create innovative, creative, and engaging content
- Coordinate with the different departments to develop timelines coinciding with activations, company news and other messages
- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
- Analyze paid social media campaigns to determine efficacy and areas for improvement
- Highly trustworthy, discreet and ethical.

- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage but not required)

- A positive and proactive person with the ability to innovate with new ideas as well as enthusiastic learner.
- The ideal candidate would have the following background:
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Marketing Specialist
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign or Illustrator, Canva and other media editing software
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
- Background in advertising, copywriting and content creation is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is also a plus
