Core Responsibilities:
• Translates the Marketing objectives into clear, concise and understood briefs; ensures execution as per business standard
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
• Maintains records of marketing expenses, agency fees and regularly updates management on budget expenditure and overall costs
• Ensures adherence to the corporate brand guidelines (branding layout and display, social media, etc.) in all marketing initiatives
• Creates and manages a monthly communication summary report to keep stakeholders abreast of completed activities

Social Media:
• Manages social media presence through effective handling of the company’s social media accounts with social media companies such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc. on daily basis
• Supports conceptualisation and execution of promotional activities and events for brands and services through social media channels
• Maintains and tracks data to analyse and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of social media campaigns such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions
• Creates and manages periodic communication summary report of all social media activities to keep the team abreast of ongoing and completed initiatives
• Participates in various tasks related to community management and content generation

Events Management:

• Researches and identifies suitable events opportunities and makes suggestions for the brand event participation
• Co-ordinates with event management agencies for all activities and logistical matters related to the management, administration, implementation and delivery of events, including securing and booking suitable venues
• Maintains records of the Business Unit’s events and initiatives including details on event participation etc., for the purpose of enhancing the members and contacts’ database



Public Relations:

• Provides support in executing on the PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve brand recognition, understanding and awareness.
• Maintains effective working relationships with media and PR agencies
• Monitors the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, for opportunities for clients

E Commerce:

• Plans, executes and optimises digital marketing campaigns to maximise campaign effectiveness and exposure
• Integrates e-marketing tactics into the businesses’ marketing plans e.g. e-flairs, digital advertising, E-PR, etc.
• Implements strategies to drive online traffic to the digital channels
• Supports the function to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, and assists the senior management to devise strategies for improvement
• Analyses and presents findings from web trafficking tools and site statistics to the senior management to facilitate decision making processes
• Collaborates with the outsourced content development team to optimise the site design for search engine effectiveness
• Supports the function to explore ways of improving existing digital marketing techniques to enhance operational efficiency
• Manages and evaluates marketing agencies and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of projects related to website and marketing
• Coordinates with agencies to optimise paid search campaigns and landing pages
• Works closely with the outsourced SEO team and vendors to ensure all relevant sites are optimised
• Collaborates with the Regional Managers and Area Sales Managers on campaign execution and planning
• Assists with social media marketing, and ensures full integration in digital marketing campaigns
• Ensures that all content is according to guidelines and support digital marketing KPI's

Retail Marketing:

• Plans and executes brand marketing initiatives to enhance consumer experience at branches and maximises loyalty towards the brand
• Participates in planning the seasonal brand campaign initiatives, and drives the implementation at branches across the UAE, as per the overall marketing strategy
• Shares the plan with internal/external teams and integrates them in planning/execution
• Ensures execution of brand campaigns within the pre-assigned budget/deadline
• Ensures branches are constantly on track and well maintained

Corporate Communication (EPP Specific):

• Participates in launching and executing e-mail marketing campaigns
• Identifies, develops and executes communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
• Creates and delivers press releases, media relations content, case studies, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, and speaking proposals
• Responds to information queries from internal departments, divisions, media and the general public
• Researches media coverage and industry trends
• Supports in translating and conceptualising the EPP’s mission, vision and values into a corporate culture within the business using suitable platforms for communication

Self-Management:

• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
• Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development
• Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
