Roles & Responsibilities

You ll be joining the high-performing Marketing team within Careem Food, a rapidly growing vertical on a mission to redefine how people in the region experience food. The team drives full-funnel marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention working hand-in-hand with product, growth, commercial and analytics functions.

About The Role

Careem is looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive business growth for Careem Food. You will play a pivotal role in localizing global marketing strategies, managing campaign operations, and tracking performance, ensuring every initiative speaks to the local consumer while delivering on key metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) across multiple geographies and channels
  • Support in developing campaign strategies aligned with commercial goals and market dynamics
  • Localize global content and collaborate with design and brand teams to ensure high-quality creative outputs
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Growth, Product, Commercial, and Analytics
  • Manage agencies and vendors for timely and on-brand campaign delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • 2 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, tech, FMCG, or digital agency environments
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management, brand activations, or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for food, tech, and the MENA region
