Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to promote our brand, products, and services. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing digital content, analyzing market trends, and collaborating across teams to drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management:
    • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
    • Coordinate with teams and external agencies to produce campaign assets, including copy, graphics, and videos.
  2. Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality marketing materials that resonate with potential customers.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ marketing strategies, adjusting tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the budget for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and foster customer relationships.
  • Utilize SEO and digital marketing techniques to increase online presence and drive traffic to company websites.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, presenting findings to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring marketing efforts are effectively meeting their needs.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring regular content posting, audience engagement, and growth across platforms.
    • Execute paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, monitoring performance and optimizing for ROI.
    • Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of the company website for SEO and user experience.
  1. Content Creation:
    • Develop and edit content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, case studies, and press releases.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging materials for online and offline use.
  2. Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics across all marketing channels.
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align messaging and strategy.
    • Work closely with the sales team to assist them preparing presentations for clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally 1-3 years.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
