Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and relevant.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, and websites, that resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, utilizing SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to create cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
  • Oversee budget management for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate marketing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding.
  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a marketing role, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Certifications in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot to demonstrate technical proficiency.
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, adapting strategies to meet changing market demands.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in B2B or B2C marketing, depending on the company's focus.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an advantage for diverse markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams and with clients.
  • Creative mindset to develop innovative marketing campaigns that capture audience attention.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

A luxury brand is looking for a marketing executive to oversee the entire marketing and communication activities for its retail segment. Ideal candidate must have previous experience in a retail brand preferably in the luxury sector. Candidate will be responsible for all marketing activities offline and online including social media marketing, PR, activations, etc...

Coordination and collaboration with management and sales team to achieve brand and commercial objectives is the end goal.
