Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property listings and brand promotions.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and ongoing property campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as and property videos.
  • Update property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) with accurate listings and content.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to create high-quality content.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare weekly marketing reports, and provide recommendations.
  • Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in marketing. ( Real Estate Marketing is advantage)
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation.
  • Proficiency with basic design and marketing tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
