Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day loyalty program operations including campaign setup, rewards fulfillment, member onboarding, and platform updates
- Execute and optimize marketing and loyalty campaigns with accurate offer configuration, targeting, and alignment to business priorities
- Maintain operational integrity through rewards inventory tracking, fraud monitoring, and coordination with internal teams
- Enhance member engagement by supporting personalized journeys, CRM triggers, and value-driven experiences
- Support Data and AI initiatives by coordinating data validation, integrating behavioral signals, and applying customer lifetime value insights
- Assist with budget management, tracking campaign spend, reward costs, and financial compliance
- Analyze loyalty program and campaign performance, recommending improvements to targeting, mechanics, and engagement strategies
- Prepare performance reports and insights, sharing KPIs, ROI, and actionable recommendations
- Stay updated on loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement best practices
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, or campaign operations
- Experience within retail, shopping malls, or consumer-focused sectors is preferred
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Data and Analytics, or a related field
- Strong exposure to data-driven marketing, segmentation, personalization, and analytics integration
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or similar performance tracking tools
- Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Execution-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Desired Candidate Profile
