Key Job Responsibilities
Marketing Executive assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts through digital and online techniques and analysis, he/she pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building.
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
• End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, and distribution of collaterals in various media and
measurement and analysis of impact.
• Execution of Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis.
• Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts
• Creation and execution of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns.
• Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets.
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection and engagement with our guests using our Food & Beverage Restaurants, Health
& Wellness Facilities and Rooms.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on all our social media platforms.
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook etc. to increase hotel brand awareness.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).
• Prepare online newsletter and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
• M anage and update hotel websites
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Design artwork for promotional material and Food & Beverage promotions
• With the rest of the Marketing & Communications team Act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of
copy
• Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile

* Experience, Certification & Education
• Bachelor's degree in
Marketing
• At least two (2)
years experience in a Digital Marketing role in a 5 or 4 stars hotel.
• Have an excellent understanding
of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Experience with B2C social
media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM. Strong knowledge of
Adobe Software - Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, experience in HTML coding
is a plus.
