Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities in the Northern Emirates.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
  • Review, interpret, and clarify fabrication drawings, BOQs, specifications, and RFQs.
  • Prepare and support quotations, bids, proposals, and technical submissions.
  • Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor fabrication, painting, finishing, and installation activities to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, fabrication procedures, and client requirements.
  • Provide weekly reporting on sales pipeline, project status, and market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in steel fabrication, metal works, EPC, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE steel fabrication market—preferably Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah).
  • Proven experience in both business development and project execution.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Solid understanding of fabrication processes, welding, painting, material grades, and QC requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Leadership, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity
