The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the development, implementation and delivery of marketing communication in driving business growth for different all Credit & Debit products and services. He/She will also assist the AVP-Business Marketing in implementing different group/business level strategic projects and integrating them to develop synergies. He/She will also be responsible in tracking and managing budgets for their respective businesses.
The Marketing Manager will work independently with the various business teams to develop ATL & BTL marketing campaigns which will require them to meet the different Product Head/managers, understand the business requirements, develop a brief, work with the agencies to develop concepts, get approvals from business and then take it to execution & implementation/ He/She will also liaise with the various teams in Group Marketing to get maximum output for a campaign from PR, Events & Sponsorship, Digital, Social, media, market research, local area marketing, customer experience and brand.
A typical ATL/BTL project/campaign would involve the following stages
Various meetings with Business/product heads, understand the business challenge
Translating business requirements to am marketing brief
Doing a competition scan/benchmarking exercise (wherever relevant)
Deploy agency teams to create concepts or campaign plans
Discuss plans/concepts with business for approval
In parallel work with CLM on the campaign management for lead distribution, tracking, ROI & databases
Execute the approve plan using all necessary resources(internal/external) mobilize support teams within Group Marketing (Digital events, PR, branch merchandising, local area marketing, social media, media planning etc.)
Monitor progress of campaign, track ROI, gather feedback for continuous improvement

He/She will plan, implement and deliver the marketing activity calendars for projects and will also be the primary responsible person for effective utilization of internal media assets all marketing campaigns BTL or ATL. HE/She will be involved in regular dialogue with customer experience team to evolve the customer s journey and this will reflect in the NPS and C-SAT scores of the bank
Assist in planning marketing activity calendar for relevant business segments in collaboration with the AVP-Business Marketing and products teams, in line with allocated budgets.
Coordinate all aspects of designated marketing operations projects. From briefing , status/report/tracking/approvals, production and timely delivery.
Ensures company high standards of quality are consistently maintained within the commercially required time frames and approved budgets
Working closely with the Head of GCE in identifying all aspects where customer experience can be improved, which will reflect in the NPS and C-SAT scores.
Help maintain a consistent, pro active advisory channel of communication with relevant business heads and product managers on all marketing communication related activities.
Help ensure client expectations are managed effectively through regular status reporting and balance between service delivery, expectation and output is maintained and in conjunction with the commercial objectives of each business
Control cost on all designated projects with the view to obtaining the best possible value without sacrificing the quality.
Help enhance agency/vendor deliveries by consistently tracking timelines and providing feedback to ensure timely and quality delivery of designated projects.
Help in careful selection of suppliers, keeping in mind quality, cost and project timelines
Working with the digital team/business heads to identify projects that can enhance business growth
Working closely with the digital team during development and help in content creation & launch campaigns.
Work on increasing lead generation through digital
Develop exciting contest and engagements program for sales teams to increase the business growth
Develop and manage launch events, closing ceremonies with themes that create excitement within the sales team
Help protect and promote the image of designated business segment to its target audience and ensure the stringent application of and adherence to visual standards and guidelines to maintain a strong brand presence across all consumer touch points and synergy with the bank s brand communication and strategy.
