Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create tailored presentations, immersive customer experiences, and facilitate projects while collaborating with sales and fragrance development teams to win briefs using DSM-Firmenich's guidelines.

Develop creative narratives, identify new fragrance concepts with mockups and mood boards, and write descriptions for fragrance launches.

Support customers with segmentation, brand portfolio strategies, and impactful relationship building.

Monitor market trends, track product launches, and analyze brand communication and fragrance strategies.

Forecast market trends and design marketing programs, exhibitions, and displays to inspire internally and externally.

Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to understand consumer behaviors and identify new product ideas.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3-5 years of international marketing experience, preferably in a Fragrance House or FMCG Scent/Beauty products.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation abilities.

Fluent in French, English and Arabic are required.

Experience in brand building, personal & home care products, analyzing consumer data, and spotting market trends.

Passion for the fragrance industry and storytelling; collaborative team player.

Knowledge of B2C marketing tools and applications, like social media analytics and brand activation; digitally savvy.

Ability to travel across MENA and West Africa up to 50% of the time
