Roles & Responsibilities

Define and implement Value to Market Marketing Strategy aligned with specific account or commercial strategy

Identify customer opportunities. Drive white space analysis and build actionable insights

Build inspirational and impactful client presentations, organize workshops and inspirational events translating into customer brand implications and/or business opportunities

Generate new business opportunities by building differentiating value propositions for an IFF product offering targeting a specific customer, brand or region
-
Establish a regular connection with the Global Category Marketing, share knowledge, insights and best practices. Drive efficiencies and improve ways of working

Improve operational efficiency and quality

University Degree or equivalent
-
Solid experience (6+ years), preferably in the Fragrance Industry or in related industries on the supplier or customer side

Proven ability to lead by influence and motivate multicultural and cross functional teams

Ability to translate stakeholders requirements into effective strategies and actions
-
Thrive and foster cross-functional and cross-division collaboration with relevant stakeholders
-
Ability to structure processes with demonstrated project management skills
-
Fluent in both Arabic & English
